The steps for success:
Before the boot camp: two coaching sessions, of 1 hour each, with Manon. She will assess your current habits, your wellness goals and start working on your personalized action plan.
Sessions can be online (video call) or at the Bonjour Delight© office, downtown Manhattan, if you live in New York City.
Boot camp day 1- observation: Manon will come to you (no matter where you live in the world) and will become a caring and motivating ally in your daily life.
On the first day she will observe your habits with food, exercise and will share her insights with you. At the end of day 1 you will create an action plan together that fits your busy schedule and you will start creating new life-long healthy habits.
Day 2 to 6: Manon will be by your side everyday to make sure that you are actually doing what is good for you and your body.
Day 7: The last day of the boot camp is dedicated to making sure that the new habits you created will last forever.
Manon has been using her knowledge of motivational techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), etc. to provoke a deep mindset shift in her clients. You will experience the power of long lasting healthy habits, discipline and self-care.
