The steps of the online boot camp:
Day 1: Video coaching sessions (2 hours at once or 2 times 1 hour in different days)
What do you really want to achieve? How can you improve the way you eat and you move? You will set up specific goals and identify the most important, high-impact actions that you need to take in order to reach your goals faster. You’ll set an action plan that fits your busy schedule and makes you feel motivated.
Day 2 to 6: Follow your action plan and start creating healthy habits with food and exercise
Your Bonjour Delight coach will review everything you’re working on and support you along the way as you take action. To help you to achieve more, you will check in with your coach by video or phone call everyday for 15 minutes. These daily check ins are a wonderful opportunity to get your coach’s feedback and to celebrate your accomplishments, step by step. You will also update your daily actions in the Bonjour Delight© online accountability document (shared with your coach) every evening. This gives you continual planning, support and accountability.
Feeling like giving yourself an excuse to not go exercising or to eat fast food? You can reach out by text message anytime during the whole week to get the motivation you need from your coach.
Day 7: Implement your new healthy habits in your life – 1h coaching session
The last day of this program is dedicated to making sure that the new habits you created will last forever. Our coaches have been using their knowledge of motivational techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP), etc. to provoke a deep mindset shift in their clients. You will experience the power of long lasting healthy habits and discipline to transform your life and body.
